Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray-Joel is an American singer, songwriter and musician. She is the daughter of singer and songwriter Billy Joel and model Christie Brinkley. Joel is a New York native who has adopted her parents' love of fashion and music. As a 19-year-old Joel joined her first musical group. Her first show live took place at Maxwell's Hoboken New Jersey. Her popularity grew exponentially in the space of a couple of years, and has since become one of the most promising artists. In 2006 Joel made her debut play, an extended version of Sketches. The EP was released through Audio Bee, which helped Joel gain a solid foundation in the world of music. Since then, she has released multiple singles and appeared at numerous live shows. Joel is involved in the fashion industry since she was quite young and has performed at numerous fashion shows, as a vocalist. She appeared included on the BELLA Beauty Issue Cover in the year 2018. She was taken to hospital after ingesting an overdose of traumaeel in the month of December. She told media after her complete recovery, that she did not intend to commit suicide.
